“We met with 3 companies for gutters. The prices ranged were from an astronomical price, from $5k to 21k (leaf guard). Two companies never followed up. When I initially contacted “Done Already” ( not gonna lie- the company name intrigued me), I was impressed. Sales person was a delight, and owner Jon personally contacted us to follow up. The installation was dependent on our home being painted, which was prolonged numerous times. Jon was continually proactive by contacting me regarding the schedule. That alone grew my confidence in our decision. Their follow-up is was beyond impressive. The gutters are now installed and we are now bragging about our gutters- who knew new gutters could have such an impact on our home? They arrived on time, appreciated our business, charged a fair and reasonable price, and did an outstanding installation in a great a timely manner. The crews were considerate and respectful of our property. Overall, we’d say our experience with Done Already was outstanding!”
