Meet the Owner: Jon Beach
I’m Jon Beach, the founder and owner of Done Already, a company specializing in gutters, gutter guards, permanent holiday lighting, fascia and soffit services. With 15 dedicated employees across four skilled crews, we deliver top-quality exterior solutions to homeowners and businesses alike.
My career began at 18 as a bridge painter, a role I held for nine years. Seeking more purpose, I transitioned to home improvement, spending four years mastering exterior work, including windows and siding. Starting as a subcontractor for another well known gutter guard company, I immersed myself in the industry, learning fast and seizing every opportunity to grow. In 2020, my faith and drive led me to launch what was Gutter Done Already, which began focusing on gutters and guards. A scalable trade that allows us to pay fair wages, train effectively, and retain a talented team.
What sets Done Already apart is our employee-driven approach. I believe that treating our team with the respect and dignity they deserve translates to exceptional customer service. Our crews take pride in their craft, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and care. I’m proud to have a team so talented and reliable it feels like I’m in multiple places at once—delivering consistent results, no matter the job.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about adventure and staying active. Whether I’m riding motorcycles, golfing, rock climbing, biking, or traveling, I find balance in exploring new experiences and challenges.

Meet The Team
Jeremy Schimel – Sales Specialist
Jeremy brings decades of experience in customer service and management, plus a degree and four years of exterior remodeling sales expertise. He joined Done Already in spring 2024 to help with appointment scheduling and quotes, and quickly became an essential part of our team. From shaping our brand voice to building our presence on the radio and developing Jeremy on the Job as an educational resource on social media, Jeremy is passionate about making sure homeowners get the straight answers they deserve.
What sets Jeremy apart is his commitment to honesty and education. He doesn’t just sell a service—he takes the time to explain the problem, outline solutions, and make sure every homeowner feels confident in their decisions.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys time with his 24-year-old daughter and close-knit family. He’s also working toward becoming a pastor, a reflection of his heart for service and integrity both personally and professionally. We’re grateful for Jeremy’s leadership and the energy he brings to Done Already as we continue raising the bar for what homeowners should expect from a contractor.
